In 1992, Denis and Sarah decided to follow their dream and moved to the south of France. They bought a nineteenth-century maison de maître in a very pretty village in the Languedoc region of France and restored it to create Les Mimosas, an elegant country guesthouse serving good, honest cuisine and good regional wines.
